Job Summary
Facility Team Lead overseeing a warehouse operations team, including drivers, maintenance, receiving, and general workers; responsible for unloading trucks quickly, managing inventory and pallet sorting, coordinating cardboard baling, trash collection, pallet jack and propane inventory, and daily/weekly cleanliness audits; requires on-site availability, forklift certification, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds with team, adherence to written directions, and leadership to communicate with supervisory staff and GM; role is full-time and salaried non-exempt with regular shifts and potential Saturday work; benefits include healthcare after 60 days, weekly pay, 401(k) with company match after 90 days, PTO after 90 days, and employee referral program; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be forklift certified (or pass in-house training)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug tests during employment
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Availability to work on-site (8-hour shifts, Mon-Sat)
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with team
- Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
