Job Summary
Facility Systems Specialist II for a Portland clinic site who will operate, maintain, and ensure regulatory compliance of facility systems supporting dialysis treatment, including RO water treatment, acid concentrate delivery, and dialysis equipment. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and coordination with staff for safety, training, and quality improvement. Must support regulatory requirements (AAMI, CMS Conditions for Coverage), manage facility operations, oversee environmental testing, and ensure documentation accuracy. Requires in-person work at clinical sites (Portland, OR and SeaTac, WA) with on-call coverage and travel between units. Preferred qualifications include an AA in a science/maintenance field, dialysis facility experience, and various dialysis equipment certifications; strong communication, computer, and training skills; and valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of high school diploma or GED.
- Coursework and demonstrated knowledge or experience in mathematics, physical sciences, life sciences, chemistry, physics, and/or electronics.
