Job Summary
Clean floors, sinks, commodes, showers, tubs, furniture, windows, walls, and specialized nursery or labor and delivery equipment daily. Replenish dispensers with soap and paper products, maintain housekeeping closets, and ensure all surfaces meet sanitary standards. Operate computer systems for logistics management, inventory supplies, and transport patient care equipment and materials between destinations. Adhere to daily work sheets, respond promptly to calls, and manage breaks according to schedule. This role supports environmental services and linen operations at Bethesda Butler Hospital, contributing to high-quality patient care within a compassionate health system.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Degree
- 1 - 2 years experience
- Computer skills
- Must be available for weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
