Facility Supervisor II

Job Summary
Oversee facility maintenance and operations on assigned shift for a new facility startup in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Supervise maintenance personnel, coordinate with the Facility Manager and fellow supervisors to establish workflows, maintenance procedures, and operational standards, and manage contractors and external service providers. Ensure safe, compliant operation of plant utilities and critical infrastructure (wastewater systems, high-voltage electrical systems, industrial gases, HVAC) and drive preventive/corrective maintenance programs. Troubleshoot equipment issues, review work orders, prioritize tasks, document activities, and support startup activities and operational readiness. Maintain safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance; collaborate across operations, warehouse, logistics, and leadership teams; and serve as acting Facility Manager during limited absences.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree, technical diploma, or equivalent industry experience
- 3–5 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, warehouse, or industrial operations
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience required
- Experience supporting a startup operation, facility launch, expansion, or new build environment strongly preferred
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills within a shift-based manufacturing or industrial environment
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work on-call on occasion - as needed
