Job Summary
Oversee daily arena operations, including programming, rentals, and special events while maintaining ice quality, facility cleanliness, and safety standards. Lead, schedule, and train part-time and seasonal staff to support programs and resolve customer service issues. Coordinate with coaches, leagues, and community partners, while managing administrative tasks such as cash handling, POS procedures, inventory, and payroll tracking. Ensure tournaments and seasonal programs succeed through hands-on leadership and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- A friendly, professional, and dependable team player
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience in recreation, sports, hospitality, or facility operations
- Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic office/POS systems
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
