Job Summary
Lead a 4-person team in environmental services to sanitize and maintain laboratories, controlled areas, and office spaces, ensuring daily/weekly/periodic tasks meet cleaning standards and quality requirements. Responsibilities include executing tasks independently and collaboratively, providing training and support to staff, maintaining a positive customer-focused attitude in a team setting, and using Microsoft applications for communication and documentation. Follow SOPs to support regulated cleaning processes, and uphold quality deliverables in a regulated environment. Requirements include strong written and verbal communication, ability to stand up to 8 hours, pass a physical exam with respiratory certification and drug test, and authorization to work in the United States. Schedule is full-time (Sunday–Thursday, 5:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m.) with potential overtime; candidates within commuting distance to Redmond, WA are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship
- Able to pass a physical exam, including respiratory certification with annual monitoring, and a drug test
- Experience leading a team in environmental services or custodial tasks
- Experience with medical sanitization in a regulated environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to follow procedures and training to ensure quality in a regulated environment
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team
- Lead a team of 4 to ensure tasks are completed on time and to quality standards
