Facility Solutions Manager

Oversee client retention and service expansion by negotiating agreements, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction through follow-ups and quality control. Manage contractor performance, compliance, and agreements while enforcing service standards and replacing contractors as needed. Supervise Night Managers, coordinate staffing, and ensure execution of service strategies and client needs. Conduct inspections, review client feedback, and implement corrective actions with teams to maintain consistent service quality. Manage inspections, supply procurement, and CRM data entry to maintain accurate documentation. Assist with invoice collection, contractor payments, and maintain up-to-date client documentation and schedules. This role requires a six-figure income opportunity with an OTE of $100k+, including base salary, bonus, and commission. Candidates must have three or more years of experience in client retention or service roles, strong relationship-building skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
