Job Summary
Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention, expansion, and diversification of building solutions. Formulate and manage effective service strategies tailored to each client while negotiating contracts, staffing, and logistics. Supervise Night Managers, ensure quality control through detailed site inspections, and resolve client complaints by coordinating with Contractors and the Director of Operations. Procure and monitor supplies, maintain accurate Building Information Sheets and route sheets, and use the CRM for client inspections and extra charges. Approve pay sheets for service representatives and assist in collecting past due invoices. This B2B account management role requires daily travel to client locations in the Boca Raton/Fort Lauderdale area. City Wide Facility Solutions is the largest management company in the building maintenance industry.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years outside B2B account management experience
- 2+ years track record of success in a client retention role, with goals and metrics to support
- Highly detail-oriented
- Excellent follow-through on commitments
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Great at building relationships
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of CRM database
- Ability to travel on a daily basis to client locations locally
