Facility Solutions Associate III - OFCI Manager

Job Summary
The Facility Solutions Associate III will lead small teams and support Building Systems with a focus on commissioning, project management, MEPF coordination, and Facilities Management Account Transition. Responsibilities include managing commissioning activities, developing accuracy of the Master Equipment List (MEL), executing asset QR tagging, verifying operational requirements, and assisting in project administration and training. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have eight or more years of experience in construction projects and facility operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field including engineering, construction, facilities management, or another related field
- Eight (8+) years of experience with construction projects, MEPF coordination, commissioning, systems startup, facility maintenance and operations, or retro commissioning
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Detail-oriented
- Advanced knowledge in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Working knowledge of ASHRAE standards and codes
- Ability to read and interpret project design documents and submittals
- Ability to make field observations for verification and periodic reporting of construction status regarding MEPF activities
Desired Qualifications
- Ten (10+) years of experience
- Certified in one of the following: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) through PMI, Associate Commissioning Professional (ACP) through BCxA
- Tradesman License (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)
- Systems Management Certificate (SMC) & Building Energy Certificate (BEC) through BOMA/BOMI
- DAMA-accredited Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) Associate
