Job Summary
Support commissioning planning and execution while developing equipment lists and maintaining asset documentation. Coordinate construction and commissioning schedules, review drawings and specifications, and log field observations to assist with issue resolution. Manage CMMS workflows and operational readiness processes, then support training coordination, project closeout, and handover activities. Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure operational readiness on complex infrastructure projects. This role offers a competitive salary of $100,000–$160,000, hybrid work with ~25% travel to Alabama, and requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or facilities management with 6+ years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering, construction, facilities management, or related field
- Approximately 6+ years of experience in commissioning, building systems, or MEP-related roles
- Familiarity with building systems standards and best practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a project environment
- Proficiency with standard documentation and reporting tools
- Hybrid work structure with occasional travel to project sites (approximately 25%, primarily in Alabama)
