Job Summary
Based in the Hong Kong office, the Facilities Assistant delivers administrative and operational support, including office administration, pantry and facilities management, reception duties, and other ad hoc tasks. Responsibilities include handling internal and external documents or parcels, managing daily mail operations and courier coordination, inventory and stock management of office supplies, coordinating office maintenance and vendor services, ensuring pantry cleanliness and hygiene, supporting office moves and onboarding/offboarding logistics, setting up meeting rooms and assisting with events, and occasionally overseeing weekend maintenance activities. Education/experience required: HKCEE/HKDSE graduate or equivalent; 2-3+ years in office administration in a corporate environment; competent MS Office and Outlook; English and Chinese language skills preferred; must be flexible, team-oriented, with strong communication and time-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- HKCEE/HKDSE graduate or equivalent
- 2-3 years' or above experience in office administration in corporate environment is preferred
- Competent computer skills including MS Office and outlook
- Fluent English and Chinese language skill is an advantage
- Flexible, self-motivated with a 'can do' attitude
- Positive and approachable personality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have professional manners to internal/external clients
- Positive service attitude, strong sense of ownership and discipline with good time management skill
- Ability to handle minor office maintenance and repairs
