Job Summary
Facility Service Desk Officer will manage technical incidents affecting equipment and club operations, validate invoices and create purchase orders per internal procedures, oversee and monitor service providers for quality and adherence to schedules and SLAs, analyze risks and implement preventive/corrective actions, communicate internally and externally on ongoing cases, generate dashboards for leadership, and conduct regular club visits across France to ensure safety, reliability and operational performance of Basic Fit clubs.
Required Qualifications
- Bac+2 dans le Facility management ou équivalent
- Expérience 2 à 5 ans dans le Facility, gestion SAV, ou équivalent
- Excellentes compétences en coordination, communication et suivi
- Maîtrise des outils de suivi et de gestion (Smartsheet, Xurrent, Excel, Pack Office)
- Anglais indispensable
