Facility Security Supervisor (Full Time)

Oversee daily security operations to ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, employees, and hospital property. Supervise security personnel, coordinate emergency response activities, investigate incidents, and maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, and security procedures. Serve as a leader for the security team while promoting excellent customer service and professional conduct. Ensure adherence to HIPAA requirements, applicable state and federal regulations, and all Benefis Health System organization policies. Handle pressure, stressful situations, and conflict while managing constantly changing scenarios. Full-time, non-exempt role with a starting wage of $30.39/hourly.
