Job Summary
Administer the government security program in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117, managing all aspects of the National Industrial Security Program for employees, contractors, visitors, and suppliers. Investigate National Security program-specific incidents impacting cleared personnel, accredited facilities, and information systems. Collaborate with the Industrial Security Operations team to develop and implement security processes, while serving as the primary point of contact for DCSA reviews and correspondence. Manage COMSEC account management and device accountability, prepare for NSA inspections, and develop external industry partnerships to influence emerging policy. Maintain areas in accordance with ICD 705 standards and work with internal stakeholders to meet business needs. Requires a Top Secret clearance, Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience, and minimum five years of Industrial Security experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- associates degree with 4 years military experience
- high school diploma/GED with 8 years military experience
- Minimum of 5 years Industrial Security experience
- preferably as a Facility Security Officer
- Working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM Rule
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining areas in accordance with ICD 705 standards
- Working knowledge of NISS, DISS, DIAS, and other government databases
- Demonstrated familiarity with Personnel Security, Information Assurance, and Communication Security (COMSEC)
- Must possess an active Top Secret clearance
- U.S. lawful permanent resident
- U.S. Citizen
- have been granted asylee or refugee status
