Job Summary
Implement the industrial security program and ensure company and customer security requirements are met by interfacing with Black Cape and government management personnel. Process personnel clearances, badges, visit requests, and certifications while maintaining accountability for classified materials and government-furnished information. Conduct security self-inspections, support customer assessments, and lead DCSA Security review activities to maintain facility eligibility and personnel certifications. Develop security plans, procedures, and a comprehensive education training program to assure compliance with NISPOM and DoD Manual 5205.07. Maintain relationships with government agencies and US government counterparts to facilitate mission success for Department of War and Intelligence Community customers.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance or a higher level clearance
- Willingness to get a TS/SCI clearance
- US Citizenship
- Security Clearance issued by a US Government Customer
- Experience implementing NISPOM requirements
- Ability to manage special access programs
- Understanding of security databases such as DISS, eQIP, NISS, etc.
- Basic familiarity with contractor-side CAC sponsorship/transfer workflows
- Familiarity with government ICAM systems (e.g., MP ICAM)
- Familiarity with customer network account provisioning
- Excellent verbal & written communications skills
- Ability to plan and organize work to achieve goals

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of security clearance processes and government security regulations (NISP, etc.)
- Experience creating and conducting initial security briefings, debriefings, indoctrinations, pre/post foreign travel briefings and refresher briefings
