Facility Registered Nurse (RN)

Facility RN leads clinical care in a pediatric day health center, overseeing LPNs and support staff, performing admission assessments, and developing individualized care plans. You’ll monitor patient progress, implement physician orders, supervise staff, coordinate interdisciplinary care for medically complex children, educate and support families, participate in case conferences and trainings, assist in onboarding new team members, and respond confidently to pediatric emergencies. Key clinical skills include home ventilators, trachs and trach care, suctioning, G-tubes/NG/J-tubes, IV starts and medication administration, oxygen and aerosol treatments, and intermittent/continuous feedings. Requirements include an active RN license in the state of employment, current BLS, negative TB test/X-ray, and a clear criminal background check. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and advocacy for children and families in a dynamic clinical environment.
