Job Summary
The Facility & Property Maintenance Specialist is responsible for managing regular and extraordinary maintenance, renovations, and property openings through third-party companies. Duties include planning and coordinating maintenance activities, verifying compliance with safety standards, managing service contracts, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring environmental and security regulations are followed. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture, up to 3 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of property management processes. Proficiency in specific software and a valid driving license is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field
- Up to 3 years of experience in property or facility management roles
- Strong familiarity with administrative and technical procedures related to property management
- Understanding of safety regulations regarding heating, electrical systems, and fire safety
- Proficiency in Office Suite, Autocad, Archibus, Project, and Visio
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Valid driving license (B)
