Job Summary
Coordinate resources and responsibilities with functional leaders, task leads, subcontractors, and support staff to ensure programs run within scope, time, and budget constraints. Provide strategic communication planning for internal and external stakeholders while contributing to the development of new products, services, or operational strategies. Work independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables, including coaching and reviewing lower-level professionals. Manage the entire project or process within a professional area, leveraging experience in national security, intelligence analysis, or related security-focused domains. Utilize proficiency with program management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, ProCore, Archibus, and SAP to drive mission-critical building systems and facility services.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance
- BA/BS degree in Construction Science, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Business Administration, or Information Systems
- 4+ years of prior relevant experience
- Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience
- Additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree
- Experience working within national security, intelligence analysis, or related security-focused domains
- Strong knowledge of mission-critical building systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant business applications
- Proven Experience with acquisition processes, including facility services, Architectural and Engineering (A&E), and construction contracting
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior leadership and stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or equivalent certification
- Experience in regulated or technical industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, healthcare, IT, or engineering)
- Experience with critical power distribution systems
- Experience with facility related control systems
- Proficiency with program management tools and platforms such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, ProCore, Archibus, and SAP
