Facility Project Manager (HVAC/Electronics)

Job Summary
Oversee and manage district facility projects from inception to completion, including mechanical, electrical, structural, and site improvements; ensure compliance with district policies and applicable codes; collaborate with maintenance staff, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues, track progress, and communicate status; develop project scopes, manage bid and selection processes, perform site inspections, and execute project closeout; read and interpret blueprints, prepare schematics and charts, and maintain thorough documentation; ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external contractors; require strong knowledge of building trades, budgeting, scheduling, and effective written and verbal communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, management, or related discipline
- Three (3) years related work experience managing facility projects in a commercial environment
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
