Facility Painter

Read work orders and specifications to determine areas requiring painting, then sand and prepare surfaces using required tools. Paint walkways, stairwells, gates, walls, outside unit doors, and common door areas while serving as a representative of Brett/Robinson with courtesy and discretion in all interactions. Report safety issues and attend departmental meetings. Perform other duties as assigned. This seven-day maintenance role involves exposure to inclement weather, heat, and humidity, with evening hours possible due to scheduling needs. Uniforms must be laundered and pressed appropriately.
