Job Summary

Facility Operations Assistant Lead supports the Facility Operations Manager in delivering clean, functioning facilities and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include assisting staff with locker rooms, fitness floors, common areas and amenities; addressing member feedback with urgency and follow-up solutions; assisting with monthly/annual budget recommendations; training team members through ongoing coaching and feedback; serving on the club Safety Committee to ensure OSHA compliance; assisting with recruiting and interviewing for the Operations department; attending weekly department and all-club meetings; building positive member relationships while gathering feedback; and coordinating Operations staff scheduling. Requires High School Diploma or GED and CPR/AED; AFO and CPO certifications within specified windows; and flexible scheduling.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Aquatic Facilities Operator Certification (AFO)
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) within 3 months of hire
