Job Summary
Conduct safety checks and repairs to assure the building's safety and cleanliness. Maintain grounds and perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure all conditions remain safe. Operate basic machinery and tools while participating in safety training and inspections. Work the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager, acting as Manager on Duty when needed. Maintain flexibility to meet all of Life Time's needs across over 160 athletic country clubs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training
- Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
- CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
- Ability to operate basic machinery and tools
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
