Facility Operations Specialist (GMP Labs)

Facilities Operations Specialist (GMP Labs) is a fully onsite role based at Thermo Fisher Scientific's Middleton, Wisconsin campus. The role serves as the primary point of contact for facilities service requests, manages the site helpdesk, triages and prioritizes work requests per GMP, safety, and business requirements, and handles purchasing requisitions and orders for facilities services. Responsibilities include coordinating space planning, MAC moves/changes, updating occupancy data, administering site access controls and badge issuance, coordinating contractor and vendor registrations, generating reports on access and security, and providing daily operational support. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 2 years of relevant experience, legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
