Job Summary
Lead daily store operations and drive profitable sales growth by inspiring and coaching Counter Sales and Shipping team members to achieve performance goals. Deliver outstanding customer service, manage operating expenses, and identify growth opportunities through customer engagement and sales initiatives. Monitor local market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities while ensuring compliance with all company policies and safety requirements. Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on accountability and results, utilizing Microsoft Office applications to support daily functions. Communicate effectively with employees, customers, and management in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the automotive industry
- At least one (1) year of management or supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and improve operational performance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Regularly lift and carry 10-20 pounds
- Bend, reach, lift, and climb ladders or steps as needed
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
