Job Summary
Facility Operations/Management Specialist for a federal contractor, onsite in Hodgdon, ME, supporting CBP/BPAM PMO. Responsibilities include managing client facilities across multiple sites, delivering excellent customer service, coordinating maintenance actions with sites and contractors, creating SOWs and IGCEs for bids, coordinating with Corridor Managers and upper management, tracking budgets and funding, ensuring environmental task completion and compliance, and maintaining documentation and permits. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of facilities maintenance/repair management experience, OSHA/related certifications, experience with TRIRIGA/Maximo and RSMeans, and ability to obtain CBP Public Trust clearance. Travel may be required; relocation assistance and sign-on bonus are available for qualified candidates; candidate must reside within 25 miles of Hodgdon/Houlton, ME. Full-time W-2 exempt employment with US citizenship.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree is required
- OSHA 10 hour training preferred
- 5 or more years of recent and continuous Facilities Maintenance and Repair Management work experience
- OSHA and/or other relevant facilities, workplace safety, and trades related certifications (HVAC, electrical, etc.)
- Ability to create SOWs (Statements of Work) and IGCEs (Independent Government Cost Estimates) for bids/procurement and work order related requirements
- Experience using real property/facilities management related systems such as TRIRIGA, Maximo, or similar
- Experience with estimating tools such as RSMeans
