Job Summary
Manage facilities for a federal client onsite in Jacksonville, FL, including coordinating maintenance with sites and contractors, developing SOWs/IGCEs, tracking budgets and funding, and supporting PMO/government in repair solutions and documentation; requires CBP Public Trust suitability and active coordination with CORs and stakeholders across multiple locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum OSHA 10 hour training preferred
- 5+ years of facilities maintenance and repair management experience
- Ability to create SOWs and IGCEs for bids or procurement
- Experience with TRIRIGA, Maximo, or similar systems
- Experience with RSMeans or similar estimating tools
- Vendor/contractor management experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain CBP Public Trust clearance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; PowerPoint, Excel, Word (Project preferred)
- Ability to operate facilities across multiple locations and manage schedules/budgets
- Experience in government/federal contractor environments
- Strong communication with high-level officials and stakeholders
- Ability to develop repair solutions and document tasks/projects
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of recent and continuous facilities maintenance and repair management experience
- OSHA 10 hour training (preferred) or equivalent
- Experience creating SOWs (Statements of Work) and IGCEs (Independent Government Cost Estimates) for bids or procurement
- Experience with TRIRIGA, Maximo, or similar facilities management systems
- Experience with RSMeans or similar estimating tools
- Vendor/contractor management experience
- Ability to manage multiple locations' schedules and budgets
- U.S. citizenship or eligibility for a U.S. government clearance (Public Trust)
- Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word; Project preferred)
- Experience in government/federal contractor environments
- Ability to obtain and maintain CBP/DHS Public Trust suitability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of environmental task oversight, permits, warranties, and documentation

- Must be able to pass a background investigation for U.S. Government Public Trust clearance
