Job Summary
Ensure locker room and field setups meet MLS standardization requirements for Major League Soccer events. Assist in servicing visiting teams, support the referee crew, and work with ball retrievers during games. Stock event spaces, create signage, and handle laundry duties post-event. Operate heavy machinery, maintain inventory, and help move and store department equipment. Collaborate across departments for event preparation and execution. Available for most Nashville SC home matches with flexible evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Requires a driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Available for all (most) of Nashville SC home matches
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as necessary
- Must possess strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
- Dependable and team-oriented with a service attitude
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Willingness to work in extreme conditions of different weather elements
- Outgoing personality, highly energetic, and enthusiastic
- Ability to work comfortably both independently and in a team environment
- Must be able to interact with all levels of the organization and represent the Stadium Operations Team in a professional manner
- Driver's license required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in athletics, event planning execution or leading a small team preferred
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
