Job Summary
Coordinate work activities for Repair, Maintenance, Inspection, and Remodeling projects across Plant Engineering, covering Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical, Carpentry, and Electronics. Apply technical knowledge to solve problems while setting procedures to verify quality and ensure accuracy. Hold yourself and others accountable for safety by enforcing appropriate guidelines and paying close attention to detail. Demonstrate forward-thinking planning for future projects and apply learned skills to evolving situations. Requires 2-5 years of experience in commercial or industrial maintenance with a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, or equivalent
- 2-5 years' experience in commercial/residential/industrial maintenance
- HVAC experience
- Fire Alarm experience
- Electrical experience
- Electronic experience
- Plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license
