Job Summary
Conduct safety checks, repairs, and routine maintenance to ensure facility cleanliness and equipment functionality. Perform general repairs and participate in safety training and inspections. Maintain building and grounds safety standards while operating basic machinery and tools. Work the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager, acting as Manager on Duty when needed. Requires high school diploma, 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience, and CPR/AED certification. Hourly wages range from $17.75 to $24.00.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training
- Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
- CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
- Ability to operate basic machinery and tools
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
