Job Summary
Part-Time LPN (or RN) in a Residential Care Community in Lebanon, MO, providing high-quality resident care and leadership. Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting in MAR, processing physician orders, performing rounds to ensure resident safety, monitoring vital signs, assessing medical conditions, developing and updating Individualized Treatment Plans, on-call coverage 24/7, ensuring stock of medical supplies, and mentoring other resident care staff. Requires excellent communication, ability to teach staff, schedule coverage, write policies/procedures, maintain confidentiality, and uphold state regulations for residential care facilities. Must possess a current Missouri license (LPN or RN) and demonstrate leadership in a healthcare environment. Position is in-person with local responsibilities in Lebanon, Missouri.
Required Qualifications
- Active Missouri LPN or RN license preferred
- Experience in residential care or healthcare leadership roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to schedule staff and cover shifts as needed
- Knowledge of state regulations for residential care facilities
- Ability to teach and train resident care staff
- Ability to lead others and foster improvement of quality resident care
