Job Summary
Oversee indoor gymnasium/track and outdoor field operations; supervise equipment and participants; maintain participant and spectator safety; assist with gym programs and setup/breakdown of equipment; maintain attendance and progress records; adhere to YMCA policies and procedures; promote inclusive, fun, and fair play; contribute to skill development and healthy living within sports programs; participate in staff meetings and trainings; flexible afternoon/evening/weekend availability; physical readiness to move across facilities and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 15
- CPR, AED, and Basic First Aid certifications
- Experience in sports as both a player and coach/instructor
