Job Summary
The Facility Ultra-Pure Water/Wastewater Treatment Engineer will ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations while promoting the stable operation of ultrapure water production and wastewater treatment facilities. Responsibilities include managing system capabilities, reducing operational costs, overseeing system improvements and upgrades, planning designs for water treatment systems aligned with water quality requirements, and conducting risk management to create a safe work environment. Candidates must have prior experience in water treatment engineering, logical problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a water treatment engineer in the semiconductor industry or relevant job experience in the water treatment field

- Logical problem-solving skills based on phenomena/analysis
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders inside and outside the team
- Capability to understand, present, teach, and develop basic technical subjects related to chemistry/mechanics
- Time management and multitasking skills
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
- Japanese language proficiency to converse with internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to learn basic communication in English (high school level)
