Job Summary
Lead facility management across multiple labs with focus on ESH compliance, security, vendor management, budgeting, lease/contract administration, renovations, and relocation projects. Responsibilities include ensuring lab safety and proactive maintenance, seating allocation, audits (ERT, TISAX), cafeteria and transport management, expatriate services, vendor procurement and performance scoring, contract renewals, and overall facility budgeting and forecasting. Requires engineering background and substantial experience in facilities, ESH, and automotive sectors; offers flexible working practices, relocation benefits, and health/life insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in Engineering (preferred)
- 7-12 years of professional experience in Facilities, ESH & Automotive Industry
