Job Summary
Develop and implement long-term strategies to ensure building efficiency and sustainability, while conducting site visits for maintenance planning and regulatory inspections. Coordinate subcontractors, manage warranty claims, and oversee special services within budget and quality standards. Provide individual consulting to clients on technical and infrastructural facility management, including concept development and execution. Lead projects with organizational skills to maintain smooth operational workflows and high customer satisfaction. Requires an engineering degree or technical master's with proven facility management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium (Bau-/Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Gebäudetechnik, Facility Management) oder Meister-/Technikerausbildung mit nachweisbarer Qualifikation und Fachkenntnissen
- Berufserfahrung im Facility Management, idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Position
