Job Summary
Facility Manager to oversee administration, upkeep, and overall operations of a parking facility. Responsible for guiding staff through weekly leadership meetings, identifying training needs, delivering excellent customer service, developing relationships with clients, contributing to marketing and growth campaigns, assisting with branch development, scheduling and supervising maintenance projects, inspecting grounds and equipment, explaining parking terms to prospective monthly parkers, devising marketing plans for vacant spaces, and preparing detailed budgets and financial reports. Requires strong leadership, customer service, organization, budgeting, and analytical abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office; and experience in business processes. Education includes an Associates degree with industry experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Minimum five years of management experience highly preferred.
