Job Summary
Perform repairs and maintenance, manage contracted services, and oversee mechanical and power equipment for the facility. Coordinate exterior property cleaning, implement department policies, and supervise team members including maintenance technicians and cleaners. Conduct staff meetings, manage hiring and training, and monitor business volume forecasts to control manpower, productivity, and costs. Ensure compliance with company standards and resolve guest complaints while maintaining excellent service levels. Requires valid driver's license, mechanical training, and ability to work weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and/or training
- Degree preference in diesel mechanics, auto mechanics, or small engines
- Valid driver's license
- Other applicable mechanical and equipment licenses (Boiler, HVAC, etc.)
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
