Job Summary
Facility Manager responsible for hard and soft facility management services at the Danderyd campus, ensuring a safe, efficient, and world-class environment for innovation across R&D, manufacturing, and logistics. Lead site projects such as office refits, strategic rebuilds, and team moves; champion local health, safety, and physical security protocols; manage external suppliers and landlords for contract-compliant service delivery; serve as the primary site ambassador for facility inquiries. Requires 5-10 years of FM experience, technical proficiency in HVAC/electrical/building infrastructure, bilingual Swedish and English, budget oversight and supplier management, autonomous project execution, proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace, experience in manufacturing/logistics environments, and advanced OH&S or fire protection certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of proven expertise in comprehensive Facility Management services
- Technical proficiency in facility systems including HVAC and electrical
- Fluent professional communication in Swedish and English
- Budget management and supplier oversight
- Autonomous project execution
- Strong digital literacy in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Experience in facility needs for manufacturing or logistics environments
- Advanced certifications in occupational health and safety or fire protection management
