Job Summary
Manage preventive maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations to ensure 100% equipment availability and reduce sudden failures. Oversee M&E contractor quality, review service practices, and maintain logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules. Prepare critical spare parts lists, manage inventory, and generate reports on downtime, breakdowns, and service maintenance. Plan, schedule, and execute shutdown jobs while implementing safety procedures and accident prevention measures. Work with the Manager Technical to analyze asset performance, recommend corrective actions, and guide operators in managing equipment data. Report daily on M&E activities and ensure contractors adhere to house rules with minimal client inconvenience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate preferably in Engineering
- 3-4 years in the industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
