Job Summary
Facility Manager for a high-volume bowling entertainment center. Responsible for guest service and the overall facility maintenance of lanes, pinsetters, pins, bowling balls, ball returns, scoring equipment, and related mechanical/electrical systems. Oversees day-to-day technical integrity of center operations and administrative duties such as scheduling staff while ensuring OSHA safety practices/procedures and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include supervising lane facility personnel, techs, and mechanics; performing preventative maintenance and on-site repairs; interviewing, training, and evaluating facility and mechanical personnel; and maintaining compliance with safety and operational protocols. Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in facility maintenance
- Electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance experience required
