Job Summary
Facility Manager at Stars and Strikes Entertainment Center to oversee day-to-day technical integrity of the center and all equipment, ensure guest service excellence, manage maintenance tasks, and lead staff. Responsibilities include scheduling staff, ensuring OSHA safety practices, auditing maintenance tasks, training hourly facilities employees, inventory and supply management, and maintaining clean, safe facilities with attention to lighting and hazard assessment. The role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and proactive upkeep in a high-volume, hospitality-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in mechanical operations or janitorial duties
- Two or more years of experience managing a team
- Electrical plumbing or building experience is strongly preferred
- Experience in a high-volume environment or in hospitality is preferred
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
