Job Summary
Facility Manager for Stars and Strikes Entertainment Center responsible for day-to-day maintenance and administrative operations, including scheduling staff, ensuring OSHA-compliant safety practices, and maintaining all mechanical systems and equipment. Oversees guest-service quality, facilities upkeep, and training of hourly facilities employees; prioritizes maintenance tasks, audits completed work, and ensures compliance with laws and internal policies. Emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, attention to detail, cleanliness, and proactive management in a high-volume entertainment/hospitality setting.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in mechanical operations or janitorial duties
- Two or more years of experience managing a team
- Electrical plumbing or building experience is strongly preferred
- Experience in a high-volume environment or in hospitality is preferred
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
