Job Summary
Oversee daily facility operations to ensure a safe, problem-free environment for adolescent treatment, managing administrative tasks, safety compliance, and maintenance repairs. Conduct weekly walk-throughs to identify hazards, monitor refrigeration temperatures, and coordinate emergency safety drills. Manage facility and vehicle maintenance, assist with client transportation, and handle visitor check-ins and admission paperwork. Audit treatment records in the EMR, gather reports for operations meetings, and supervise Care Coordinators while ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA, infection control, and Joint Commission standards. Maintain a positive, caring attitude and complete all documentation within 24 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role
- Minimum of 2 years driving experience
- Minimum of 1 year working with kids in a therapeutic setting
- Ability to communicate with people from all educational and cultural backgrounds
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to cope constructively with stressful situations
- Tact, initiative, resourcefulness, professional manner, enthusiasm, and non-judgemental attitude
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20-30 lbs
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to set priorities and to handle multiple assignments
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment
- Valid driver's license
- Eligibility for insurance with agency's vehicles
- Valid First-Aid & CPR Certifications
- Criminal background check
- Ability to comply with the dress code
