Job Summary
Develop, implement and manage the Branch business plan and operating budget; direct all aspects and daily operations of the facility to ensure safety, efficiency and profitability; review and analyze progress toward sales forecasts and operational goals; define level of service consistent with sales volume and profit margins; provide staff development and training of Branch employees; maintain record-keeping for sales, inventory, and requisitions; oversee maintenance and repair to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with safety standards; perform retail audits; manage inventory quantity and quality to meet sales commitments; analyze capital requirements and advise on capital budget needs; liaise with customers, suppliers, division leadership and other industry personnel to promote Nutrien Ag Solutions’ products and services.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in agriculture and/or sales function
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- University degree preferred; high school degree or equivalent required
