Job Summary
Manage the center's day-to-day operations from a technical perspective, supervising mechanics on pinsetters, lanes, and equipment. Recruit, hire, train, and schedule B- and C-Mechanics while providing instruction on safety, standards, and preventative maintenance. Monitor operational compliance with OSHA policies, maintain machine stop records, and schedule routine maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Assist in planning budgets, obtaining repair bids, and suggesting equipment upgrades to reduce costs. Work varying shifts including weekends and holidays, with extended days as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Bowling Mechanic Experience
- An ability to walk, bend, and stand for periods of time and lift objects as necessary
- Be available to work varying shifts, from weekends to holidays, in addition to extended workdays as needed by your center
