Job Summary
Manage the bowling center's day-to-day operations from a technical perspective, supervising B- and C-Mechanics on pinsetters, lanes, and scoring equipment. Recruit, hire, train, and schedule mechanics while providing instruction on safety, machine standards, and preventative maintenance. Monitor operational compliance with OSHA practices, maintain machine stop records, and schedule routine upkeep for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems. Assist in planning budgets for repairs and upgrades, obtaining bids and suggesting equipment improvements to reduce costs and environmental impact. Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Bowling Mechanic Experience
- An ability to walk, bend, and stand for periods of time and lift objects as necessary
