Job Summary
Lead end-to-end operations and maintenance of district infrastructure within the 70-acre TRX development; act as the operational liaison between internal stakeholders, tenants, authorities, developers, utility providers, service partners, and external agencies on district infrastructure and common-area matters; develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies, asset lifecycle programs, and resilience initiatives to ensure operational continuity and premium precinct standards; manage multi-disciplinary contractors across infrastructure maintenance, civil works, utilities coordination, landscaping, cleaning, traffic management, public safety, and M&E systems while ensuring SLA/KPI performance; drive operational governance to ensure safety, risk management, emergency preparedness, business continuity, and compliance with policies; oversee inspections, audits, and performance reviews of infrastructure assets and hard services with corrective actions and continuous improvement; manage annual budgets and contractor costs to deliver cost-efficient, sustainable operations; ensure tunnel systems, drainage, lighting, ventilation, signage, and related activities meet operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Built Environment, Infrastructure Management, or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management, infrastructure operations, township management, precinct operations, or integrated development environments
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing large-scale infrastructure, district operations, or multi-site operational teams
