Job Summary
Owning and driving all facility activities to ensure safe, cost-effective, and efficient operations per the Statement of Work and client contract. Lead a team of over ten members, including technicians and coordinators, by directing activities, establishing goals, and providing mentorship to advance careers. Manage complex preventative and corrective maintenance schedules for properties ranging from 500,000 to one million square feet, ensuring seamless operation of critical technical systems like HVAC and life safety. Supervise work order completion within established timelines, analyze monthly budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities to meet annual contractual targets. Maintain constant site presence to conduct inspections, prioritize issue resolutions, and liaise with clients and tenants to enhance occupant experience. Collaborate with BGIS departments on capital planning, vendor performance, and industry best practices to optimize service delivery across the portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Five to ten years' experience in a property/facility management environment

- Certified Facility Manager through International Facility Management Association (IFMA)
