Job Summary
Own and drive all facility activities in buildings ranging from 500,000 to one million square feet, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and efficient operations aligned with client contracts. Lead a team of over ten members, including technicians and coordinators, while supervising maintenance schedules and managing complex building systems like HVAC and life safety. Maintain constant site presence to conduct inspections, prioritize work orders, and liaise directly with clients and tenants to resolve issues and enhance occupant experience. Assume full financial responsibility for budgets, O&M costs, and capital projects, collaborating with vendors and BGIS teams to optimize service delivery and meet annual performance targets.
Required Qualifications
- Five to ten years' experience in a property/facility management environment

- Certified Facility Manager through International Facility Management Association (IFMA)
