Job Summary
Own and drive all facility activities across buildings with 500,000 to one million square feet, ensuring safe, cost-effective operations aligned with client contracts. Lead a team of over ten members, including maintenance technicians and service coordinators, while managing budgets, work orders, and vendor relationships to optimize efficiency. Conduct daily site inspections, oversee critical technical systems like HVAC and life safety, and foster a strong safety culture through hazard observation programs. Liaise directly with clients and tenants to address concerns and enhance occupant experience, reporting monthly on financial performance and operational metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Five to ten years' experience in a property/facility management environment
- Excellent people management skills

- Certified Facility Manager through International Facility Management Association (IFMA)
