Job Summary
Own and drive all facility activities across 500,000 to one million square feet, ensuring safe, cost-effective operations aligned with client contracts and Statement of Work parameters. Lead a team of over ten members, including maintenance technicians and service coordinators, by establishing goals, conducting performance evaluations, and mentoring staff for career advancement. Manage complex preventative and corrective maintenance schedules, oversee technical systems like HVAC and life safety, and prioritize work orders to ensure seamless asset integrity and operational efficiency. Liaise directly with clients and tenants to address concerns, foster occupant satisfaction, and maintain accurate records of costs and work order progress. Assume full financial responsibility for the facility, developing budgets, analyzing trends, and identifying cost-saving opportunities to meet annual contractual targets.
Required Qualifications
- Five to ten years' experience in a property/facility management environment

- Certified Facility Manager through International Facility Management Association (IFMA)
